BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: USD 500 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
- BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
- FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) to FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
- BRACKET RATE: Should the number of passengers fail to meet the specified minimum requirement, the pricing will be adjusted accordingly to the bracket rates outlined in the Flyer and Agent’s Copy.
- VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.
- TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
- DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
- CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings with Travbest Travel & Tours Co.
- IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
- FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited, along with corresponding charges.
- Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to departure will result in the forfeiture of both the guarantee deposit and full payment.

- Arrival at Fiumicino Airport (FCO).
- Welcome to Rome, the capital of Italy! Rome, with its more than 200 years of history has one of the biggest cultural heritages in the world.
- Photo stop at the Colosseum and pass by the Roman Forum.
- Free time in the afternoon. Check-in at the hotel and overnight.

Day 3: Rome (B/-/-)
- After breakfast, our tour today starts at the Vatican City, one of the most sacred places in Christendom. Attests to a great history and a formidable spiritual venture. Explore the Vatican Museum from the inside and see the treasures of the Popes. Admire Michelangelo’s famous ceiling inside the Sistine Chapel.
- Visit St. Peter’s Basilica, where Peter – the apostle who is considered the first Pope – was crucified and buried. View in awe the “Pieta,” probably Michelangelo’s most famous sculpture and the only work he ever signed.

Day 4: Rome – Pisa – Venice (B/-/-)
- Breakfast at your hotel and checkout. Will drive going to Pisa and will ride a tram going to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Piazza Del Duomo (Pisa), and Pisa Baptistery.
- Transfer to Venice. Arrive at the hotel for check-in.

Day 5: Venice – Innsbruck (B/-/-)
- After breakfast, checkout of the hotel.
- Venice is one of the most romantic of the Italian cities. Upon arrival, take your boat to Venice Island. Cruise past the Palladian Churches to St. Mark’s Square. Get to admire the Byzantine St. Mark’s Cathedral, the Clock Tower, The Bridge of Sighs, and a panoramic view of the lavish Doge’s Palace.
- Free time on your own on the island. Then, take the boat back to the mainland and re-board your coach for transfer to the hotel.
- Drive to Innsbruck, Austria. Check-in to your hotel and overnight.

Day 6: Innsbruck – Liechtenstein – Lucerne (B/-/-)
- After breakfast, checkout, and will tour to Innsbruck where we will enjoy a guided Walking Tour in the morning, including stops at the Golden Roof and the courtyard of the Hofburg Palace.
- After the tour, will have to drive towards Switzerland. Stopover at Vaduz, Liechtenstein. Photo stop at Lion Monument and pass by Chapel Bridge.

Day 7: Lucerne – Engelberg – Strasbourg (B/-/-)

- Continue to travel to Engelberg where our breathtaking journey to the mountain resort Titlis begins. We take a funicular ride to get to the summit. Enjoy the spectacular sight of the glacier’s deep crevasses and gigantic ice boulders from the revolving cable car ROTAIR.
- Transfer to Strasbourg then check-in.

- We drive going to Paris. We proceed to the Seine Night Cruise by Bateaux Mouches (ENTRANCE TICKET INCLUDED).
