CHINA VISA REQUIREMENTS: For Tourist

• Filled up Application form (type written)
• 2 passport size picture white background
• Valid passport (6 months ) all passport issue JAN 2014 to present need to submit old passport / explanation letter if don’t have old passport . (starting aug 22,2016)

• Day to day itinerary
• XEROX PASSPORT FRONT AND BACK PAGE
• RELIGIOUS INDIVIDUALS- personal and letter from the diocese/congregation/religious organization, provide a guarantee letter stating that the applicants will not do any religious activity during his/ her stay in china and that his /her sole purpose in visiting the country is purely tourism.

Note: 1^st time travelers to china need the following

• Bank certificate (P100,000.00)minimum. w/receipt, w/check write, w/ account opening date , type of account . w/ ending balance 100,000.00.
• Bank statement (P100,000.00)minimum amount for the last 6 months (original)
• ITR (income tax return) stamp or received by BIR
• Employment certificate including the salary and date of tenures
• Company ID Xerox if any
• Birth certificate NSO (6 months valid)
• Married cert (if any)
• Filled up details @ back portion of the passport
• Photo copy of all documents submitted

• Employment certificate including the salary and date of tenures
• Company ID Xerox
• Photo copy of all documents submitted

 US PASSPORT HOLDER AND OTHER NATIONALS

• Filled up Application form
