Itinerary:

Day 1: Manila – Moscow (Meals on Board)

  • Departure from Manila

Day 2: Moscow (Meals on Board)

  • WELCOME TO MOSCOW!
  • Arrival in Moscow. Transfer to Hotel. Then Cruise by Moscow River at night with dinner. Depart
  • around 20:00.

Day 3: Moscow (B/L/D)

  • After breakfast, pax will experience Metro Ride to visit:
    • Red Square
    • St. Basil
    • The Kremlin
  • Lunch, then visit Nikolskaya Street.
  • Return back to the hotel by Bus.
  • Dinner at the hotel.

Day 4: Moscow – Murmansk (B/L/D)

  • After Breakfast, depart to Murmansk.
  • Arrival at 12:30 PM then Lunch.
  • Then MMK city Tour:
    • central square with the highest building in Arctic Zone (now is business center hotel),
    • memorial park with the monument to the heroes of WWII (also known as Alyosha) and observatory,
    • the panorama of the city, gulf, port; passenger port of Murmansk with the first atomic icebreaker in the world named after Lenin (can go in and see the interior and infrastructure)
  • Transfer to Teriberka then Dinner.

Day 5: Murmansk (B/L/D)

  • After Breakfast pax will enjoy Artic Ocean Sightseeing.
  • Lunch, then Teriberka Village Tour.
  • Dinner

Day 6: Murmansk (B/L/D)

  • After Breakfast, enjoy Snow Ride or Cuadro Cycle ride to the Natural Reserve.
  • Lunch then free time.
  • Dinner

Day 7: Murmansk – St. Petersburg (B/L/D)

  • After Breakfast, Depart for the Husky / Deer Ride.
  • Enjoy Ride on Huskys.
  • Lunch, then depart to St Petersburg (LED).
  • Check-in, then dinner in the Hotel.

Day 8: St.Petersburg (B/L/D)

  • After Breakfast, visit Peter and Paul Fortress.
  • Proceed city tour with Spilled Blood Church, then Lunch.
  • Visit to Hermitage Museum and Neva street.
  • Farewell dinner in the Grebeshki Restaurant.

Day 9: St.Petersburg (B/L/Meals on Board)

  • After Breakfast proceed at St Isaac Cathedral.
  • Proceed to Summer Palace (Peterhof), then Lunch.
  • Then proceed to:
    • Catherine Palace
    • Outlet Pulvoko
  • Departure for Manila.

Day 10: St.Petersburg – Manila (Meals on Board)

  • Arrival in Manila.

Moscow: Holiday Inn Sokolniki, Hilton Leningradskaya, Novotel City Center or similar
St.Petersburg: Cort Inn (former Courtyard Pushkin) or similar
Moscow: Teriberka Hotel by Eco Home or similar

  • Visa fee – PHP 9,800
  • Travel Insurance – PHP 1,433.75
    (Up to 59 y/o only. If pax is 60 y/o and above, for quotation for Premium Insurance.)
  • Tipping – USD 10 /day/ pax = USD 80

  • Airline taxes – Approx. USD 180

Booking Procedure and Terms and Conditions

  • Guaranteed Deposit must be settled within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
  • NON-REFUNDABLE USD 700 per person to reserve
  • FULL PAYMENT must be settled 30 DAYS before the Departure Date, otherwise, the slot may be released and the deposit would be forfeited.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 180 days – forfeiture of guarantee deposit
  • 120 days – forfeiture of guarantee deposit and 50% cancellation charges applies
  • 190 days – forfeiture of guarantee deposit and 100% cancellation charges applies

Visa Application:

  • If the VISA APPLICATION IS DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED.

Others:

  • For the passenger, who cannot pass the immigration process in any Int’l airport, the tour cost is non-refundable.
  • The Package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refund for any unused tours, transportations, hotels and flights.
  • Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. Refund is not an option.
  • In the event of sudden adjustment with the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.
  • Rebooking might be considered once the passenger’s result is POSITIVE of COVID-19 but still under airline and hotel discretions.
