BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: USD 500 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
- BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
- FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.

ITINERARY:
Day 1: Manila – Hanoi – Sapa (Meals on Board)
- Simply pack your bag for a 3-hour flight to Hanoi, the charming ancient capital. Arrive in Hanoi International Airport, please proceed through immigration and customs, and make your way to the exterior arrivals area, using the exit indicated for your flight on the arrival marquee (either exit A1 or A2). Our guide will be waiting here for you holding a pickup sign.
- Breakfast at the Noodle House to taste the best Hanoian dish: Pho. Then, drive straight to Sapa. Lunch at Red Dzao Restaurant then check-in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit Cat Cat Village, home of Black H’mong ethnic people. The hike through mountains will offer you the wonderful picture of rice paddies, waterfall, or even water buffaloes grazing leisurely. It also offers a chance to have a glimpse into the daily life of local ethnic people, as well as take part in traditional activities such as weaving fabric, purchase some traditional souvenirs and handicrafts right from the craftsmen.
- Strolling around Sapa town, visit Sapa Church also known as Stone Church, a catholic church with a stone bell tower and is considered the most attractive place for sightseeing in Sapa, Vietnam. Located in the center of the Sapa town, this old church was built in the 20th Century by the French colonizers. It is also known as the “Church of Our Lady of the Rosary” and has become a suitable location for traditional cultural practices of ethnic minority groups there.
- Dinner at Salmon Hotpot then you will spend the night in Sapa.
Day 2: Sapa – Hanoi (B/L/-)
- Breakfast at the hotel. You will visit Fansipan Mountain with package of train and cable car. You will take a short walk to the station, where you will take a 5-minute Train to Cable Car Station. Each cabling can accommodate from 30 to 35 people. Sapa Station is in Muong Hoa Valley, the station is a 3,000-meter-high point and very close to Fansipan Mountain. The distance between the two stations is over 1,400 meters. The cable car journey is 15 minutes.
- The journey is not too long, but it is enough for you to admire the beautiful natural landscape at the height of thousands of meters. It is the primitive forest Hoang Lien Son, poetic Muong Hoa, the magnificent Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range, etc. The higher you go, the more clouds you see, the temperature will also decrease and the wind can make your cable swing a little, do not fear just a little challenge for your courage!
- After visiting, you will be back to Sapa town for lunch then you will be transferred to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi (B/L/D)
- Breakfast at the hotel. You have a day to discover Vietnam’s charming capital. First stop would be Tran Quoc Pagoda then Ho Chi Minh Complex. Taste amazing Vietnamese cuisine at traditional Home Moc Vietnamese Restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Hanoi – St. Joseph Cathedral. The church brings an ancient and peaceful beauty inside bustling Hanoi. Experience the bustling Old Quarter by electric cart and enjoy Train Track Experience.
- Time for shopping at the Old Quarter, Dong Xuan Market, a traditional shop. Then, move to Lotte Department Store and Vincom MegaMalls until end of the day. Dinner at Lotus Buffet Restaurant then your overnight will be in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi – Ninh Binh (B/L/D)
- You have a day to discover unique Vietnam’s charming capital. First stop would be Quang Phu Cau Incense Village – Discover and photograph northern Vietnam‘s most eye-catching craft village. Only about an hour by car from Hanoi, the villagers here produce traditional bright red incense, making for stunning imagery at all stages of the process
- 11:30-12:30: Lunch at a local restaurant.
- 13:00-15:00: Continue to visit Trang An Scenic Landscape complex nearby which was recently recognized as an UNESCO World natural heritage, get on a rowing boat (small sampan) traveling along the small river with scenic mountain and green fields landscape.
- Boat takes you to visit the cave complex of TrangAn: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wilderness, the scenery of mountains and rivers – Halong on land of Ninh Binh. Return to Hanoi for shopping in the Old Quarter, Dong Xuan Market and Hoan Kiem Lake. You will spend the night in Hanoi
Day 5: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)
- AM: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi from 08:30-08:45 AM (approx. 2.5 hrs drive). Your heavenly journey across Ha Long Bay starts around noon at the doorstep of Vietnam’s most fascinating wonder.
- 11:00-11:30: Check-in at Ambassador’s Lounge.
- 11:45-12:30: Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Signature Cruise (in Gia Luan Pier) by speedboat.
- 12:30-12:45: A short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant, whilst you are sipping our special welcome drink.
- 12:45-14:00: Savor a delicious lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of Lan Ha Bay’s islands and islets.
- 15:00-16:45: Your first excursion is Viet Hai Fishing Village – a primitive and tranquil location with precious traditional cultural values. You will have a chance to explore features of the locals’ daily life, visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage.
- 15:45-16:15: For guests who are not participating in the excursion, we will serve home-made cakes at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at Spa or relaxing on the Sundeck whilst admiring the magnificent scenery of Lan Ha Bay.
Day 5: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)

- 17:30-18:30: At sundown, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depending on weather conditions).

- 21:00-23:00: After dinner, indulge in drinks and enjoy live music at the Piano Lounge, squid fishing, a spa treatment, or movies at your cabin.

Day 6: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Hoi An (B/L/D)
- 06:00-06:30: Start your day with a Tai Chi Session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge (depending on weather conditions).
- 06:30-07:00: Enjoy light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.
- 07:00-08:00: Explore Dark and Light Cave – a frog-jaw-shaped cave featuring marvelous sparkling stalactites in various shapes and sizes on the arch-shaped ceiling. This cave leads to a peaceful lake surrounded by limestone mountain cliffs. Kayaking and sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals are the best options for tourists to explore the cave’s interior.
- 08:30-09:30: Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.
- 09:30-09:45: Bill settlement and checkout at the reception at the first deck.
- 10:15-10:30: After disembarking from Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred to Ha Long International Cruise Port by speedboat. Your dream cruise will come to an end at the Ha Long International Cruise Port at 10:30 AM.
- Transfer to Hanoi for flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival in Da Nang, our guide will pick up and take you to Hoi An for hotel check-in.
- Welcome dinner at Home Hoi An then being immersed in the shimmering scenery under the lights of Hoi An Lantern Boat along Thu Bon River. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 7: Hoi An (B/L/D)
- Breakfast at the hotel. Our guide will pick you up then depart for Ecological Village of Cam Thanh which is located about 4 km from Hoi An Ancient Town on the east side.
- Arrival at Bay Mau Coconut Forest – about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf and get on bamboo boat to discover the daily life of fishermen, their families and their communities. During the trip, the boatman will make extremely lovely natural ornaments such as hats, rings, glasses by coconut leaves. You will surely experience the feeling of floating on the waves of water and join an equally fun Basket Boat Race between the baskets together in the cheering and bustling music drum.
- Lunch at Gia Thien Restaurant – buffet serving on the table then a Walking Tour to the Hoi An Old Town. You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all around the world. Make a stop at the Japanese Covered Bridge. Go to the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues and elaborate rooftops. Free time for dinner, then you will spend the night in Hoi An.
Day 8: Hoi An – Da Nang – Hue (B/L/D)
- Breakfast at the hotel then check out, drive to Hue at 8.30 am. On the way, you’ll cross the High Mountain Pass of Hai Van. The views from top are excellent – you should be able to see Lang Co Beach, Village and the Lagoon far below. Visit Hue’s Ancient Citadel, once the seat of the emperors of the powerful Nguyen Dynasty that ruled Vietnam from approximately 1800 to 1945. You’ll begin with a stroll around the area between the Citadel’s massive walls and the defensive moat, now filled with lotus flowers. You’ll then enter via the Noon Gate to wander around the Thai Hoa Palace,the Pavilion housing the Nine Urns of the Nguyen Rulers, and the remains of the Royal Palaces.
- After lunch at a traditional restaurant, your guide will take you round the Museum of Antiquities, and then the bustling Dong Ba Market. Check in your hotel then experience the unique Royal Dinner. Overnight in Hue.
Hue is a city chock-full of stories. The Kings of the Nguyen Dynasty built their feudal capital along Hue’s fertile riverbanks and atop its forested hills, but their imperial legacy is just one of many reasons to visit. Hue’s refined cuisine is the stuff of legend, and its leafy streets are lined with mossy pagodas, art déco mansions, and eye-popping markets. Through the whole scene flows the Perfume River, setting a languid pace the rest of the city is happy to follow.
Day 9: Hue – Da Nang (B/L/-)
- Breakfast at the hotel then check out and drive to Da Nang. Arrive in Ba Na Hills station and start the journey to mountain by cable car which is recognized as the World longest cable car and the biggest difference about the height between station 1 and station 2 by Guinness. Buffet lunch in Bana Hills.
- Afternoon visit some beautiful places: Debay Wine-cellar, Linh Ung Pagoda with the 27 meters Buddha Statue, Loc Uyen Garden, Golden Bridge and Quan Am Pavilion. Tour guide will take you to natural Monkey Garden and you will have chance to conquer The God Mountain at 1487 meters of altitude over sea level. This is the highest peak in central of Vietnam then French Village and Fantasy Park.
- Return to Da Nang city then continue to Da Nang Cathedral – the cathedral of Da Nang Diocese in central Vietnam – well known as the Pink church Da Nang, the only church built in Da Nang city in the French colonial period, in 1923 by the priest Louis Vallet for Da Nang’s French colonial population.
- Enjoy shopping at Han Market and photo shoot at the icon of Da Nang – Dragon Bridge. You will spend the night in Da Nang.
Da Nang has a nearly-60-kilometre-long coastline stretching from the foot of the Hai Van Pass to the Marble Mountains of 60 kilometres long, and it is famous for its many beautiful sections of beaches stretching from the foot of Hai Van Pass to the Marble Mountains as well as other beautiful landscapes such as Han River, Son Tra mountain…
Day 10: Da Nang – Saigon – Manila (B/Meals on Board)
- Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy Morning Beach Break in Da Nang.
- Check out at noon and you will be picked up and transferred to the airport for flight to Saigon then connect flight to Manila.
