BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Guarantee Deposit: USD 700 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
  • Booking Holding Period: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
  • Full Payment: Full payment must be settled FIFTY (50) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made FIVE (5) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
  • Bracket Rate: Should the number of passengers fail to meet up the specified minimum requirements, the pricing will be adjusted accordingly to the bracket rates outlined in the Flyer and Agent’s Copy.
  • Visa Denial Policy: In the unfortunate event of a visa being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.
  • Ticket Issuance: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
  • Date Transfer Policy: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated
  • Cancellation Policy: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
  • Credit Note Policy: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a Travel Fund. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings with Juan World Philippines, Inc.
  • Immigration Process: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
  • Flight Schedule Adjustments: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.

Day 02: Chitose – Noboribetsu – Lake Toya (-/L/D)

  • Your adventure begins with an arrival in Chitose, followed by a scenic transfer to Noboribetsu.
  • Immerse yourself in history at Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura, a theme park celebrating the Edo period, and marvel at the volcanic wonders of Jigokudani Hell Valley. Then, transfer to the hotel for check-in.
