Itinerary (In Oslo)

Note: The Provided itineraries may undergo modifications depending on the specified departure dates. The Preliminary itinerary will be provided upon confirmation of the booking.

Day 1: Manila – Oslo (Meals on Board)

  • Departure from Manila.

Day 2: Oslo (Meals on Board)

  • Arrival in Oslo. Enjoy the Oslo City Tour (3 hours):
  • Admire stunning views over Oslo Fjord from Holmenkollen Ski Jump and get in touch with the art of the most prolific Norwegian sculptor as you stroll through Vigeland Park encompassing more than 200 sculptures in bronze, granite, and wrought iron.
  • Transfer for lunch at a local restaurant. Then visit Fram Museum (entrance ticket included). Enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant.

    Stay overnight in Oslo_Scandic St. Olavs Plass or similar hotel (TWIN/DBL basis)

Day 3: Oslo – Navrik (B/-/D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfer to the airport for the flight.

  • Upon arrival, meet and greet at the airport. Proceed to dinner at the hotel restaurant.
  • Enjoy Northern Lights Hunting by Bus (3 hours).

    Stay overnight in Quality Hotel Grand Royal Narvik (standard TWIN/DBL room)

Day 4: Navrik – Bjorlkliden – Kiruna (B/L/D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Narvik Railway Station.
    TRAIN: NARVIK – BJÖRKLIDEN (2ND CLASS)
  • Enjoy a buffet lunch at the Icehotel. Proceed to a Guided Tour in the Icehotel (entrance tickets included). Then transfer for dinner at the hotel restaurant.

    Stay overnight in Kiruna_Scandic Kiruna (standard TWIN/DBL room)

Day 5: Kiruna – Yllas (B/L/D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Proceed to lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Transfer to Ylläs (approx. 4 hours). Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and take a rest. Enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant.
  • Enjoy Northern Lights Hunting by Snowshoes (3 hours).
  • Stay overnight in Ylläs_ Lapland Hotel Saaga or similar hotel (TWIN/DBL basis)

Day 6: Yllas – Inari (B/L/D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy Snowmobile Safari (NOTE: 2 PAX/SNOWMOBILE). Transfer for lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Departure for Inari. Visit a Reindeer Farm, feed the reindeer, and have a short sled. Enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant.

    Stay overnight in Hotel Inari or similar hotel (standard TWIN/DBL basis)

Day 7: Saariselka – Kirkenes (B/L/D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed towards Kirkenes.
  • Enjoy the King Crab Safari with a crab lunch. HB Dinner at the hotel.

Day 8: Kirkenes – Saariselka (B/L/D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Saariselkä. Transfer for lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Enjoy the Husky Safari.
    (NOTE: 3-4KM, 4 PAX/HUSKY TEAM, DURATION OF THE HUSKY RIDE IS 20 MINS. INCLUDES A HOT DRINK AND SMALL SNACK)
  • Transfer for dinner at the hotel.

Day 9: Saariselka – Rovaniemi (B/L/D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Rovaniemi (2.5 hours). Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Visit the Santa Claus Village – Meet the Santa himself and cross the Arctic Circle with certificates.Then enjoy the Finnish Sauna Experience and Ice Swimming (3 hours). Transfer for dinner at the hotel restaurant.

    Stay overnight in Rovaniemi _Scandic Pohjanhovi or similar hotel (TWIN/DBL basis)

Day 10: Rovaniemi – Helsinki (B/L/D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfer to Rovaniemi Airport.
    FLIGHT: ROVANIEMI – HELSINKI
  • Arrival in Helsinki. Transfer for lunch at a local restaurant. Enjoy the Helsinki Sightseeing Tour (3 hours). Then proceed for dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 11: Helsinki – Manila (B/Meals on Board)

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Free time for leisure and shopping.

Booking Procedure:

  • Guarantee Deposit must be settled within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
  • Non-refundable $1,000 per person to reserve
  • Full Payment must be settled 45 DAYS before the Departure Date, otherwise, the slot may be released and the deposit would be forfeited.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 180 days – forfeiture of guarantee deposit
  • 120 days – forfeiture of guarantee deposit and 50% cancellation charges apply
  • 190 days – forfeiture of guarantee deposit and 100% cancellation charges apply

Visa Application:

  • If the VISA APPLICATION IS DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED, change pax is allowed if not yet ticketed.

Others:

  • For the passenger, who cannot pass the immigration process in any Int’l airport, the tour cost is non-refundable.
  • The Package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refund for any unused tours, transportations, hotels and flights.
  • Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. Refund is not an option.
  • In the event of sudden adjustment with the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.
  • Rebooking might be considered once the passenger’s result is POSITIVE of COVID-19 but still under airline and hotel discretions.
