BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: PHP 15,000 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
- BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
- FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.

ITINERARY:
Day 1: Manila – Hanoi – Full Day City Tour – Shopping (B/L/D)
- Simply pack your bag for a 3-hour flight to Hanoi – the charming ancient capital.
- Arrive at Hanoi International Airport, please proceed through immigration and customs, and make your way to the exterior arrivals area, using the exit indicated for your flight on the arrival marquee (either exit A1 or A2). Our guide will be waiting here for you holding a pickup sign then escort you to Hanoi center for city orientation. Breakfast will be served along the way.
- You have a day to discover Vietnam’s charming capital. The first stop would be Tran Quoc Pagoda then Ho Chi Minh Complex. Taste amazing Vietnamese cuisine at traditional Home Moc Vietnamese Restaurant. In the afternoon, discover the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university dating back to the 11th century, and St. Joseph Cathedral for religious activity. Experience the bustling old quarter by electric cart. Time to shop at the Old Quarter or Dong Xuan market. Dinner at Lotus Buffet Restaurant then your overnight will be in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – On Board Ambassador Signature Cruise (B/L/D)
- AM: Pickup at your hotel in Hanoi from 08:30-08:45 (approx. 2.5 hrs drive). Your heavenly journey across Ha Long Bay starts around noon at the doorstep of Vietnam’s most fascinating wonder.
- 10:00-11:30: Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal – Ha Long International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City).
- 11:45-12:30: Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Signature Cruise (in Gia Luan Pier) by speedboat.
- 12:30-12:45: A short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant, whilst you are sipping our special welcome drink.
- 12:45-14:00: Savor a delicious lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of Lan Ha Bay’s islands and islets.
- 15:00-16:45: Your first excursion is Viet Hai Fishing Village – a primitive and tranquil location with precious traditional cultural values. You will have a chance to explore features of the locals’ daily life, visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage.
Day 2: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – On Board Ambassador Signature Cruise (B/L/D)

- 15:45-16:15: For guests who are not participating in the excursion, we will serve home-made cakes at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at Spa or relaxing on the Sundeck whilst admiring the magnificent scenery of Lan Ha Bay.
- 17:30-18:30: At sundown, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight. T19:00: Savor a delicious dinner with Chef’s special menu at the restaurant.his is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depends on weather conditions).

- 06:00-6:30: Start your day with a Tai Chi Session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge (depends on weather conditions).
- 06:30-07:00: Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.
- 07:00-08:00: Explore Dark and Bright Cave – a frog-jaw-shaped cave featuring marvelous sparkling stalactites in various shapes and sizes on the arch-shaped ceiling. This cave leads to a peaceful lake surrounded by limestone mountain cliffs. Kayaking and sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals are the best options for tourists to explore the cave’s interior.
- 08:30-09:30: Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.
- 09:30-09:45: Bill settlement and check-out at the reception at the first deck.
- 10:15-10:30: After disembarking from Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred to Ha Long International Cruise Port by speedboat.
- Your dream cruise will come to an end at the Ha Long International Cruise Port at 10:30. Return to Hanoi for lunch at Dai Viet Restaurant then hotel check-in for refreshments. Proceed to Hanoi Train Street and try the famous Egg Coffee.
Day 4: Hanoi – Manila (B/-/-)
- Early check out of your hotel with breakfast box, at 05:45 AM you will be transferred to the airport for a flight back to Manila.
- Arrival in Manila.
